"It's Like Ordering Pizza"

When we started this company we had a really simple idea... Make getting computer help as easy as ordering a pizza and keep it cheap!

We put the idea to the test and it didn't work at first. We simply didn't charge enough. People loved the fact that we used plain simple language and didn't mumbo jumbo our ways into their pocket books. We were never those "Geeks that Speak Greek". Our customers could make one quick phone call and have a "technology delivery man" at their door in minutes. Everyone loved it! We had a small loyal customer base who were eager to refer us to their friends and family. But we still didn't make enough to get over the hump.

But we ate Top Ramen and stuck to our guns. We knew that if we just got the word out to enough people we could eventually eat better.

Volume was the name of the game. With over 200 million computers in use in the US alone we set out to be the company who got to fix them when they eventually broke down. The logic is, if we can make a tiny profit by fixing each of those computers, we could say goodbye to Top Ramen forever. No offense, Top Ramen guys, you guys make great noodles! (Our lawyers made us say that)

With a few nifty advertising campaigns and a couple tweaks to our homemade systems, we got this puppy to work! Now everyone and their nephews' mothers' brother calls us when they've got a techie problem. By the way we didn't stop with computers. We do iPods, Xbox's, Plasma Screens, Home Theaters, VoIP Phones, ... pretty much anything with an electrical plug "we do it".

So don't thank us for the low prices and great service, thank your fellow computer users. Together you've escaped all the over inflated prices some of those other guys make you pay.

Ahh! the laws of collective bargaining ... Aint it grand? Now, if we can just do something about those gas prices...
